Hi all.

As its pretty good weather for once, im planning on cleaning my car.
Tools are;

Wash mit.
Dodo lime Prime
AG srp.
dodo rainforest rub
and some big drying towels.

Can i use a drying towel for buffing? as im short of microfibres.
And is it worth applying AG EGP after the dodo??

cheers
Callum

SRP and Lime Prime are the same sort of step product. Only SRP has fillers. I would stick with LP personally as the fillers will just fall out over time and take your paint work back to it's marred self.

And to your last point, no, other way around.

Wash - clay (if you're doing it) - polish (SRP or Lime) - seal (EGP) - wax.

Ideally get a buffing towel as you will undo the work you have done with the LP if your towel is not particularly good.

Ive decided against polish/ filling.

So, washed, clayed (with homade lube eugh) and part way through waxing now.
Ill hopefully get a DA next month before the good weather, so i can lose some swirl marks.

Im in dire need of paint correction.

You need to polish after claying chap. The wax will have very little to bond to, especially if you still have clay lube residue present on the bodywork.
