Hi All
Not sure if anyone has had this before!!
Having recently blew both my catalytic converters through my exhaust system it has now caused a blockage in one of the rear silencers.
Basically anybody know how to clean the excess ceramic dust from the exhaust. Already took the silencer off to take the excess pieces from the cat then shook banged and rattled to clear the dust but still blocked, tried an air line, tried a hose pipe, tried a pressure wash but still cannot clear.
Is there any sort of cleanser as the baffles are coated in the ceramic dust??
As you can see from the pictures the problem I have.

I would think the only way would be to open it up, clean and re-weld.

What level of tuning are you running?

That’s what a friend of mine said

Running Revo Stage 2

Been seeing a lot of reports of the cats failing on "stage 2" cars in the states. Bit of a pain in the *** considering how expensive the exhaust systems on these cars are. Replacing the cats (or installing test pipes) doesn't look like the most fun of jobs either
