Hello all, I hope someone can help....
A3 Sportback gear indicator blinked, for a short trip, but the gears changed OK (7 speed DSG auto), and after turning off and back on, the indicator stopped blinking :)
Then a few weeks later, clutch started to slip, as if you are dipping the clutch in a manual, as you take off, and gear changes are 'clunky'...

I find it hard to beleive both clutches have failed at exctly the same time...? So, is is the mechatronic failing, a loose wire, or something else..?
TIA... :)

Fix the cam error, do a box reset, has the box been serviced or is it a closed unit no servicing required?

Diagnostics can on some boxes, allow reset to default as though new box fitted, this is also done when a box service is completed.

sorry, you mean gearbox? other than the OBD11 info, I have no idea what/where the gearbox is....? :-(
thanks
