Coin Tray Removal

You kow the coin tray / cubby hole thin above the ashtray? My lid does not stay down anymore, was wandering how it is removed to investigate repair or renewal?

Keep atching here and hopefully someon can shed some light on it - or I might just have a closer look myself.

Hi,
look under the lid where it swivels you will see four rectangluar holes (two on either side) on the inner one of either side place a small straight bladed screwdriver in at 45 degrees (toward each corner) and press down the tabs on both and pull.

Alternatively if you want to risk it - with a good tug it will come out.
