Sportback Cold starts?

On a PFL, is there a way of deleting the cold start where the engine goes up and down in tone for the first minute or so and you get the clutch slip feeling if moving off before its settled down?
My previous BMW M3 also had the dreaded cold start but could be removed by coding.

Its needed to warm the CATS. You can only map it out if you are de-catted.

Does yours do the exhaust rattle thing when it starts? Mine does, it's loud as hell and I hate it!

As soon as it starts rattling place the car into Dynamic mode, rattle disappears.
