color 07 A4 b7 Instrument cluster US specs

I have an a4 1.8tQ (b6)'02 US spec w/ an rns-e retrofitted NAV. I am planning on purchasing the color 07 A4 b7 Instrument cluster US specs. Will this fit in my car? For it to work will i have to VAG my Car? Will it work with my Retrofitted NAV? thanks for the help
