Columbus retrofit

Hey guys

Can anyone give me any help/advice?

I have 2011 Columbus head unit(same as RNS-510?)

Will this fit/work in my 2005 A4 Avant B7?

Will it hook up to my existing cd changer in the glovebox?

Will it cause the battery drain issue I've read about? I don't think my 05plate has the can-gateway.

Any help much appreciated.
