Control arms

So it’s about time to change both control arms in my 2012 sportback 2.0tdi Quattro CFBG engine.
I was thinking about the lemforder

Any thoughts on them?or maybe something else more upgraded over stock?
Parts numbers will be most appreciated guys!!
Thanks in advance for your input!
Ps : Already have H&R ARB’s in front and back if it matters.

yes and get the RS3 bushing. I dont like poly in a shear application but will get flamed for saying
