Creaking Driver's Seat

My driver's seat is creaking when I go around corners. Seems to be the seat as it creaks when I press it.

Do these sort of things settle down and go away and if not is it a warranty issue?

every thing should be covered bt the warranty,dont let them tell you otherwise,we pay enough for the car so it should be right.especialy a 2005 model.
