DA Newbie

Hi all just after a few pointers on using a DA polisher
Just taken delivery of a DAS6 Pro which came highly recommended but I'm now on the hunt for which pads and compound I should be using to try sort some swirls and scratches on my A3... Any suggestions?

I'll past on the same advice as I was given when I bought mine.
Go with the least abrasive pad and polish combo you can get away with then build it up if necessary.
I use Megs or Hexalogic pads. There are a multitude of polishes out there. For general swirls and fine scratches I tend to use either Poorboys SSR1 or Meguires 105/Ultimate Compond on a medium pad.
If you go across to Detailing World you'll get more specific assistance. But beware of your bank balance.
You can't do damage with a DA. Also look at Junkman clips on YouTube.
