Dash lights not working but rev and speedo needle light up

Hi,

My dash lights gave up the ghost a couple of days ago. The needles light up but the background dash lights dont.

Any ideas what i need to look at to get them working again?

Oh forgot to mention, I also get bulbs in the front and (especially) rear lights that need replacing quite often, are they related problems? Or seperate?

Blown fuse/bulb behind gauge panel blown

Is there a fuse at the back of the cluster that could be the offending item?
