Dealership damage!

Hi!
Looking for some advise. Took my A6 Sline black edition in to a Audi dealer for an engine management light. Turns out it was the boost sensor.
Whilst it was in there, they lost my key and damaged the rear door and wing quite severely, probably needs a new liner and panel. They initially denimed causing the damage, then accepted responsibility after reviewing CCTV. I dropped it in today to have the body work done and key replaced.
They failed terrible on twice!
My question, what should I expect by way of compensation?

Probably nothing, they are repairing it for you, I say "they" but it will be farmed out to a body shop somewhere for a cheap as job as possible, Audi don't do bodywork.
