Decat 3.0 tdi ASB without DPF

Hello. As I posted before, my ASB is without DPF from factory.. But it has 2 cat, and I was wondering to take one of them off: the closer to the turbo... But, what if I take out both?

PD: in my country, it is not ilegal decating..
