delivary services, any idea's

right fella's,

whilst in the process of sorting some tyres for my car i came across on online used tyre company who sold me an unrepairable tyre,
(side wall damage)
after sorting it out through paypal, ive been told i now have to send it back and provide a tracking number,,
im useless with things like this, can anyone reccomend a courier service, or could the post office do it perhaps ?
