Having had petrol turbos and knowing pretty much how it all works just wondered what is so different about the vacuum system etc on deisels as i understand any dump valve on a diesel needs an electronic controller?? Any one know the ins and outs of this or am i a million miles away from the truth??
I know its chavvy but the boy racer inside loves a dump valve piitisssssshhhh!!!!! Lol

I've fitted one on mine, not as good as ur petrol dump as sounds more like a sneeze but can be done.
Need the obvious 50mm dump valve T, dump valve, a 5mm t off a boost pipe somewhere, a 3 way air solenoid thing and a microswitch activated on idle throttle postition. I've also fitted a switch so i can turn it off whan on cruise control.

Basically if you do a search on the net for peugeot 306 dump valve fitting i found a useful write up just the only difference is you will need a boost pipe feed to keep the valve closed when on boost, and you will need to fit the microswitch to the throttle pedal in the cabin.
