Digital Service Record not showing on MyAudi

I can’t find the Digital Service Record for my car on MyAudi. It used to show up, but the heading doesn’t seem to be there anymore.

Anyone else having this problem?
 
I have never got this to work on both my cars. Even after speaking to Audi. I prefer paper copies of receipts personally

Yes, I have the Service Topics tab, but if I click on it it only shows details of my Audi Partner, Service appointments history, Service campaigns, and Documentation (owners literature). No Service Record.

OK so in that section I have another tab called Service plan which gives all the service history for the car.
No idea why they can't call it Service history but anyway!

I suggest registering on the Audi Erwin site, as a commercial user. You can access any history by using a VIN.

No idea why they can't call it Service history but anyway!

Thanks for that. I get the “Addition work” tab but for some reason the tab that says “Service plan“ doesn’t appear for me!

That's odd.
Maybe its an app issue....I'm on android.
Have you tried deleting the app and all the cache/storage etc and reinstalling?
What do you get if you log in on a browser?
 
Yes it is odd., particularly since it’s worked fine for the past couple of years.

I’ve fired off a message to Audi digital Services, so I’ll await a response.

just a thought , has your Audi Connect subscription expired? Long shot I know

Connect licence is still valid for another couple of months, though I didn’t think this was related to the Digital Service Record.
it was just a long shot. If its worked in the past then looks liked something has changed.

Are you running the latest version of app, there was an update about a week ago. I’m now on v4.3.
 
Paid 8 euros and logged in. Can’t find anything on my service history. Lots of good info on TPIs and how to etc but no service history.

I just get this in the app.

And you've definitely been set as the owner by your local dealer and tied to your account?

My S3 is the same and everything used to show fine regarding the service history and additional work. There’s obviously a problem with the app that needs fixing. I’ve deleted, re-installed and re-setup. Keep an eye out for an update and send an email to audi digital support. I’ve had this before about a year ago. I contacted them, an update was subsequently released and then everything worked fine again.
 
Can you show us where. It seems to want to charge for everything. All I want to do is print off my service history

Exactly the problem I reported when I started this thread. Seems like other folk are affected as well.

I’m in contact with Audi digital support, and waiting for a response.

There's no need to pay for access to the Digital Service Schedule on Erwin (via link above) - but I haven't yet found a way to print it in the neat A4 paper template that I've seen.
 
Update:
After several exchanges with Audi Digital Services some progress has been made. They passed the problem on to their software team in Germany, who made some “adjustments” (their terminology) to MyAudi. As a result I can now view my Digital Service Schedule. However, to do this I need to log on to the MyAudi.com website. If I try to use the MyAudi App on my iPad the Digital Service Schedule option is still missing.

They are still investigating the problem with the App, but in the meantime anyone else having the same problem as me should try logging on to MyAudi.com. Incidentally, I was told to ignore the Set-Up Wizard pop-up which appear after you log in unless using remote services (which I’m not).
 
I realised today, having just had my service record update by my specialist, that its no longer showing for me in the App and when trying to log in to the MyAudi website, which I have done many times before, its asking me for my 10 Digit Vehicle Code. Mine has a 7 digit vehicle code, so it won't work. Oh what joy.

I remember when I bought the car it was an utter fiasco involving so many proof of ownership and proof of identity documents and multiple trips to the dealership to get it registered for MyAudi. I sense this will be happening again.

I wonder if Audi will ever get a grip on technology.

as I said in my post, just ignore the message on MyAudi.com asking for your vehicle code. Click on Service and you should see the Digital Service Schedule option.

Here’s what Digital Support told me about the Vehicle Code:

“In regards to the 10-digit vehicle code, kindly be informed that the said code is only required when the vehicle is equipped with Remote Services. Your Audi A3 is equipped with the hardware necessary to support Navigation and Infotainment Services. Therefore, the 10 - digit code is not needed for your vehicle.”

I just keep all the paperwork i get from the specialist who looks after mine & they can update the service direct to the Audi system. They print off a service check sheet with what is required at the mileage interval/year etc. I'm old school & like to keep service receipts etc just in case.
 
An update for iOS was released today (4.6) and it’s finally now after all this time showing my service history. Also, it’s no longer prompting me to complete the ownership setup with my dealer.
 
Yes, I got an update from Audi Digital Services today to say the new version of the app had fixed the problem, and indeed it has.
 
I don't see this option under Products and Services when I log in. Looks as if everything needs a payment.
I just logged in and it's there under products and services still, no need to pay anything to view it

remember you need to register as a commercial user not individual. just make a company up with a different email and it will be their.
 
At least some owners can get onto the My Audi site. I registered early 2019 and have had agro ever since, sometimes I can access the site but normally not. My recent attempts result in:-
"Cookies and JavaScript required - We’re sorry, in order to use the Audi ID website you will need to enable Cookies and JavaScript in your browser settings."
I've checked and they are enabled.

Thanks, I reregistered as a commercial user and can now see the service schedule.

Managed to get it working. Had to ring up Audi digital services and provide evidence of passports, V5 etc on a video call. Tried to tell me I could get it done with my local dealer but told them that they were not interested.

All now works……….. but

They deleted my Audi connect license which I paid for and now I have to get onto them again. Arrghhh !
