Hi can anybody shed any light on thus fault code please . It's a retrofit direct tpms working for around a year and still is but always had this fault which wont clear . Module 65 toms has no faults just 19. Thanks

131595 - Tire Pressure Monitoring Module
U0127 00 [008] - No Communications
[Timeout Knoten 0x0B / 65 - Steuergerät für Reifendrucküberwachung]
Intermittent - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear

Maybe it needs permanent power?

I will thanks . Just before I have a go ,a question for those who offer or have done this retrofit is the 12v positive wired to a switched or permanent fuse please . I’ve got mine ignition switched which as pointed out by m rol may be my problem.thanks

Based on the VCDS error shown, I’d say wire it to permanent 12V.

I am ready to install this.. Hope this works for you. Due to corona i wait for the sensors to be installed... Found an origional rs3 2nd hand..
 
Just check the schematic as to which supply it requires, probably just that.
 
NHN. Thanks I've looked online for one but cant find any diagrams online . On the audizine thread he used the forth small fuse in .top row . Behind glove box . F8 10amp.

Check the supply with a meter, temp swap to perm & retest for fault.

Per the Audi wiring diagram, the TPMS module is supplied from Fuse F7, 10A which is terminal 30 permanent power.

Just changed the fuse tap to the perm live and that's cleared the fault . Thanks all
