Do drive modes affect remaps?

As the title really.
Does anyone know if the drifferent drive modes like dynamic, efficiency etc affect the remap that’s been done?

Depends who did it I guess, but not on mine it doesn't. I was hoping ECO mode would make the throttle response less sensitive like in standard form for easy driving, but it makes no difference at all. The car is more or less all or nothing (very little) in any mode.
