Problem Do not have half of the Smilies I used to have.

Hello, all of a sudden I only get half of the Smilies I used to have. Not the Emoji ones.
The cars and signs I get, but do not have half of the original smilies. I really liked these.

the pink laughing one, winking-tilting head to the side. Thumb up in the air,

I used these a lot and would like to get them back. Do you think we can?
