Does anyone know exactly what is needed to swap the 3.0TDi turbo over to a 2.7TDi?

I've tried posting in Audi Facebook groups previously only to receive no response so if anyone here could help me out that would be great. I've got a B7 2.7TDi (manual) that currently has a remap to about 210hp (from what the previous owner told me) to be honest I don't think it's enough. From what I've read the limiting factor on this engine is the turbo and I've seen recommendations around the internet to swap over the turbo from a 3.0TDi as a cheap(ish?) way to get about 280hp but there's not really any details on what is required. Does anyone here have any experience with this specific swap, or know any companies in Scotland that have done this swap?
