does anyone know this car?

Hi guys! Posted a couple of times about this car but trying to find out more info.

All I know is its got a full milltek turbo back system. I'm going to take it to AMD in Essex but am trying to find out as much as I can first. I know it was in Manchester on the plate S3 AXD until Jan this year. Inside it has recaro buckets, Nav, Bose.

Thanks for any help. I just want to make sure its running as well as it can, I think it might be running a bit rich at the mo due to a slight smell on start up and poor mpg (but that may be completely normal).

Well the engine cover has been modified for some reason. Possibly due to a catch can pipe routing or something, I don't know, but it's not as from factory.

Check the sticker under the boot carpet and make note of all option codes and research them on the internet. That way you will be able to tell if anything has been retro fitted

Other than that, if it doesn't have any warning lights on, just get out there and drive it and stop worrying.

Contacting the previous owner/finding info about the car on the net isn't going to tell you how well it's running, only a specialist/VCDS and yourself can tell you that.

should be fine if you want you could plug it into vagcom and see if any old codes come up that havent been cleared
