Ford released a promo today where Ben Collins, formerly known as Top Gear's The Stig, walks you through each of the four different driving modes coming on the Focus RS.

Software won't make the RS3 do that.

The Focus has a pretty clever centre differential that can be rear biased and has what Audi would call a sport differential so it can send the power to one of the rear wheels if required, clever stuff.
