Hi all,

Anyone know what the difference is between the gear display saying E or D when in Efficiency mode.

To clarify, if I select Efficiency after i start driving it changes to E. However, if I leave it in Efficiency the next time I start the car it says D (albeit efficiency is still written in green).

Any help appreciated

On which engine bud? I've not seen this yet on my car - interesting none the less.

I’ve got an 8Y 35 TFSI S-Line.

When the ignition is turned on the car resets certain systems such as the drive system into a balanced setting.

You need to reselect the current mode again to restore its settings in full
