E10 First generation direct injection engines ?

Hi, so are we compatible with E10 fuel, 2009 2.0 tfsi ?
Government website states not compatible with "first generation direct injection engines" so what vehicles use these ? ?
Phoned my local Audi dealer who was no help, "if your not sure just use the super unleaded" well that's ****** obvious,
does anybody know what the situation is, Thanks in advance

We are 2nd gen 8L and before is first gen but regardless im going to stick to my tesco e5 99 octane or v power cause e10 will probably still cause damage just over a slower period of time
