Easiest part to leave with body shop to match paint?

I've got a facelift bumper I need painting and will be dropping it off tomorrow. What's the easiest part of the car to remove and leave with a body shop to match the paint to?

I was thinking the fuel flap but can't seem to get it removed. Any help would be appreciated.

My other idea was one I the wing mirror covers.

What do people suggest?

The tow eye cover is a great idea but might be too small. I'll see what I can get removed this morning.

The paint code from the sticker in the boot, or the one in the front of the handbook?

Does anyone actually know how to get the fuel cap off? I've removed the only screw I can see but it's solid. I'll be giving them the paint code too.
