The ITG filter replaces standard air filter inside the stock airbox... so no heat soak issues.

Only a very tiny amount more whine.. dont forget this filter goes inside the stock airbox, so its not the open type that screams.

To make it a tad louder i removed the stock airbox and drilled out the blanked-off port in the bottom of the box (this is what MRC do too).. it allows more cool air to get to the filter from the front grille.

Even with this, it is still pretty subtle.
