ECU Removal

Can someone tell me the location of the ECU? i'm guessing it'll be around the scuttle area, any tips to save me a bit of time searching about will be great

Thought so! Cheers for that, won't cause any problems being unplugged will it????

nope, all it will do is reset it back to factory values, it will then re learn settings and driving style next time you run it.

Not unless you have the car running or ignition on at the time of unplugging it....no.

doesn't have to be, but is recommended...

Cool, the battery is flat anyway so i'll take it off to charge it then put it back on when ECU is reconnected
