Electric Mirrors Delay/ varied delay in fold + unfold?

Is the VCDS trick to adjust the timing on the electric mirrors?

Mine have a habit of being really slow (to to react that is)

Will get in car and flick the switch to unfold, sometimes this takes a good 25secs to actually unfold

No tricks available & it could be a faulty switch, did you get any water on the switches as this sometimes causes this.
