Enabling TPMS for A3 S3 8V *Experimental*

hey there,
I've been using OBDELEVEN i guess you can call it an alternative to VCDS. For previous mods it's been great. (I'm am definitely investing in VCDS after this)
i attempted this TPMS on my 2013 AUDI 8VA and done everything successfully up until 'Module 03 ABS/ Brakes. On this OBDELEVEN app there seems to be no way to change the coding part. i was sitting down for an hour trying to change and decided to reset the mmi and try my luck. The TPMS appeared in the mmi but i couldn't click it. also warning lights popped up and i was able the clear 4/5 of them.

Also i have noticed just like someone else in the forum that i also don't have byte 30. i have inserted pictures to show what I'm talking about.
any input would be great and well appreciated.

Just replied to your PM.

A bit pushed for time, as always, but wanted to say that although I am happy to help where I can I am sooooooooo not interested in trying to wrap my head around OBD11 or indeed understand any of its output. Any requests for assistance need to be via VCDS, VCP or ODIS.

Thanks to your help i was also able to activate the TPMS on my Audi A3 8V from 2013.

(I made also some Screenshots of the procedure)

1. MMI Menu activation:

5F - Adoptions

03 - Long Coding - Long Coding Helper

- Change Byte 27 to 3x (the x means that that position shouldn’t be overwritten)

- Change Byte 28 to 8x

In my Case: (Hill hold assistant included) - Also a 29bit unit

New: 12F162A220230A6E037F060401C92948460450C0608094F30279003485

Reset MMI and check under „Menu“ – „Car“ – „Service“ if there the option „TPMS“ is available – don’t forget to save the current pressure

Thanks for the tips on this. I was able to get this working in my 2015 S3 Technik.

In case anyone else has the same model, I changed the bits and activated settings in modules 17 and 5F as suggested, but I changed the long coding in the ABS module from
