What car do you have, what is the issue, can you provide some more information please, also dependant on the car, there are specifc sections that you can put your post in where you may get more of a response.

Places that work with exhausts will be able to repair manifolds, better off replacing for new though or if your into performance could always go for a tobular manifold (at an extra cost of course).
