EPB issue

Guys

need some advise. The EPB harness connector broke off

1. can i buy just the connector/plug and any one knows the part no.?
2. or do i have to buy the harness and any one knows the part no.?

The connector can be brought separately:

3B0 973 752 A

You can also buy repair wires (don't have the part no's sorry) which I soldered onto the exiting loom.
Replacing the whole loom would be abit of a pain but I repaired mine and its been fine for 10k now.
