I paid for a 1 hour slot to download a workshop manual in pdf but when I was on the site I could not see anyway of downloading a pdf. Am I missing something here as I looked for an entire hour, what do I need to do?

Install a pdf printer on your machine, then just print the pages out from your web browser.

I install a PDF printer and then click on print and then it will ask you save as a PDF in a folder on my computer, is this what you mean?(not to actually print them)

You should also be able to right click the link and do "Save As"? If I remember rightly

You need to download a PDF Print program and you will be able to save the web page as a PDF file.
