Exhaust ends 2.7 TDi Quattro Avant

Probably been asked a 1000 times but how do you remove the downward facing ends so that some nice shiny straight ones can be fitted?

afraid they need cut off, there's 3 sections of weld holding them on

Best to grind the welds off... And remove existing pipes!
I just fitted 90mm tips...

Did you have to drop the exhaust to grind off the welds? Sorry if that's a daft question!
