Hi,

Im in the middle of wheel selection for my S3. Got a decent deal on BBS CH012 18x8,5 ET35 5x112, but I am still not sure if they are going to sit flush with the arches or will they rub. Tyres I plan to run on these wheels will be 225/40.
I am aware I need to buy 5x100/5x112 adapters but my question is what size should I buy the adapters? 20 front and 25 rear?
Currently the car is in the body shop so I can't measure anything and to be honest only using willtheyfit.com doesnt say much to me. From my calculations the wheels to be flush with wheel arches should have ET15 in the front and ET10 in the rear. Am I correct?

Does anyone run similar setup and/or have photos of such setup? Also the car will be lowered.

Thank you for your help.

Hey bud,

Best bet is to go on www.willtheyfit.com just put in the details of your stock alloys and compare them to the ones you want to run, it’ll give a very precise measurement of where your alloys are likely to be, then you can easily work out what spacers you would need to achieve the look your after.

20mm front and 30mm rear would be the best choice to go with 8.5J and ET35 wheels.
