Fitting Coilovers

Hey im going to be fitting my coilovers soon and just would like to know if there is a guide on this please?,ive tryed searching but no luck.

dont think there is any guides to be honest, if you have some mechanical knowledge then its fairly simple.

There was a guide for a MkIV Golf kicking around the web (vortex or UK MkIVs) which has been discussed on here once or twice but sadly since the forum went through an upgrade the search here isn't working too well... you would be better off googling atm...

my coilover where very hard to fit nothing seemed to fit! these where JOM ones... now there fitted they are really good but to get them on it was hard and this was with help from a mechanic

Any idea how the top mount fitted mate?,I think it goes Spring plate.Aluminum spacer,strut bearing,upper strut mount then the 21mm nut??

The back is easy only takes about an hour the front takes longer, so i'd do the back first and then spend the rest of the day on the fronts
