fitting electric sport seats into se without harness??

Hi, I'm looking into getting some sports seats with electric lumbar support but I dont have the electrics at the moment, how would I go about installing them? Or what do I need? Thanks

I know someone who had sport seats with lumber support and just replaced them with heated electrics using a loom from kufatec.
