FL - Stage 1 with Autowatch Ghost

Hi All,

Has anyone had problems going stage 1 on a FL RS3, with the autowatch ghost having already been installed? A friend has a GTR, and apparently it's causing all sorts of problems, as the ghost needs to be wired differently if planning to have anything done to the ECU. Can anybody confirm?

Hi Nick,

If anyone is communicating with the vehicle for diagnostics or mapping etc then the Ghost will need to be put in service mode which temporarily turns it off to allow for these situations.

It can be activated again straight after.

It doesn’t need wiring differently.

Thanks Mark. When you say service mode, is that the same as valet mode? If not, would i need to go back to whoever fitted the ghost and have them do it?
