flat bottom wheel issues - airbag

hi all

i have had a search but can't find what I'm after

i have a 2007 s3 8p with the standard flat bottom wheel, i also have a new flat bottom wheel but the airbag is incorrect, any idea what the part/model number for the airbag i would need is.

and would it then be a straight fit
