fog lamp grill removal

could anybody give me a nod in the right direction for getting the fog lamp grills off, I'm doin lamin-x and want do a proper job and have also noticed the passenger side grill has taken a heavy hit and is b@lloxed so needs a new one,

Dont hold me to this but i reckon its a bumper off job because on my bumper the grilles unclip from the rear. Cant see how that would be any different on an S3

i know this link is for an A4 but it is the same as the A3 sport nut sure if S3 is the same but i'll post it anyway! hope it helps

my A3 foglight grill surrounds unclip from the front. There are 2 tabs, one you push up the other down. This lets the surround pull out.

has anyone had there sline fogs off yet do you have to take the bumper of ???????????????
