Forge r32 cold air intake for 2.0tdi will it work ?

Im looking at buying this for my 2.0tdi, no real reason why i want it but all i know is i do, also it is similar to the bmc cda intake but much bigger so surely its better ? But will it fit ? Also in the image i dont see a battery in the engine bay will this need to me moved ? Is so how and where ?

I can't help on if it'll fit but the reason you can't see the battery is it's in the boot
