Very easy.
Put wipers in service position.
Bonnet up, scuttle panel off, 2 T25 screws and pull out.

And the scuttle panel, that comes off easliy as well? Is it easy to disconnect and connect the linkages from the motor as well?

Pretty easy. Its bonded quite well to the windscreen so you may have to give it a good tug

My Advice is to purchase one of these:
wiper removal tool | eBay
Its a wiper removal tool and it makes the job 10x easier and you will have it for the future. For the scuttle panel make sure you pull it 'up' from the corners and not towards the front of the car. You will be able to see it peeling away soon as you see it slowly pull it away from one end to the other. For the linkages etc a simple socket set will suffice.
I would advise on buying a second hand motor as they can be quite pricey. If not contact Jb0o im sure he can supply you one from Audi.
