Fuel gauge

Hi I'm having a bit of a problem with the fuel gauge I filled the tank to the brim on Friday and the fuel gauge was fine and moved as it should and then Saturday it started being abut funny it was diving up and down all day and now is not moving off empty at all .... I have plunged it in to VCDS and I'm getting this

It also said check measuring blocks so I did that and got this

I have no idea about this part but I've done this and wonderd if anybody could shed some light for me I've checked the wiring all the way from fuel tank to the dash and can't find anything wrong with it .. Hopefully some knowledgable helpful person could help me out of what to do next

Yeah I remember mind being abit dodge but I changed the whole thing which sorted it!
