Invest in car pro cquartz UK, i find its way better than any wax coating and lasts for 2/3 years. It even provides minor scratch protection because it is essentialy a thin layer of glass. It is very easy to apply to.

Looks good mate...really good job.

One point, is it better to use the tar remover before your wash? I normally do this after the snow foam and jet wash stage, only because the tar remover is pretty nasty stuff on its own, so feel that it's best to wash it off properly. Probably doesn't matter too much and it looks sweet either way..

Arm aching?

I agree with above, usually tar remover first as any contaminants on paint could produce swirls during wash unless removed before hand. Not always the case but could happen

Yeah a little bit of arm ache. Never really thought about the tar remover, but the polishing should have got any residue off

I tend to do tar and glue after washing. Just my preference. Also I've noticed you're using a lot of AG, which I also used to use, however I've learned over the years that different products work better with different type of paints. When I had a red A4 I was using a full Carnuba Werkstat kit to really enhance that gloss, highly recommend looking at the polished bliss buying guides. Your cleaning process is great though! Do you find SRP produces lots of white residue?

You have done a stunning job.
Just look what happened to mine after a quick wash yesterday!!!

STUNNING!!! Your first picture looks very much like my first snow foam picture!! :thumbs up:

I am also an Autoglym addict ....but I must say after trying the Gtechniq EXO V2 .....I am converted on the waxing front ...the beading on this stuff is insane.

Great job on the :redrs4: ...(and great colour!)
