Q2 Gear Changes Rough at Low speed

Hi,

My car : Audi Q2 2017 1.0 TFSI

I have a problem with my Gearboc Stronic 7 after remap !
Gear changes Rough at Low speed, and especially between 1st and 2nd gear, the engine make a hesitation !
How can I fix the problem ? there are a function in vagcom to make a calibration !

Gearbox remap or engine remap?

Ask the mapper to remove & reinstate the map that was on the car originally, see if this resolves your issues.

A proper re-map will reduce the engine torque in the lower gears to protect the transmission from damage.

I remark that problem appair when air conditioner is on !
