Getting TV on to RNS-E

Having retro-fitted the RNS-E earlier this week, I would now like to add TV to the mix. I've been on Navplus.us, but am a little unsure what we in the UK need to do (most of the stuff obviously relates to the american market).

So, can anyone tell me exactly what it is I need to buy to get me the best picture quality for reasonable money. I read some talk of a DVB tuner that might be available?

The cheapest option is the Dietz 1417 model (have a look on eBay for the best prices). If you search the navplus forum for this product you'll see plenty of posts.

Essentially, it's just a small black box with a connector to the RNS-E on one side, and then the usual AV ports on the other.
