Glovebox hinge pin

Got a new glovebox lid, due to broken left hand hinge (damper side).

I removed the right hand hinge pin no problems, but how do I remove the left hand hinge pin.

I've pulled out a little black plastic cover, but the hinge pin won't move.

Use a metal pin or screwdriver from the inside & use a hammer to knock it out of the hole.

Well the pin was really tight, I ended up cutting off the remains of the broken hinge with a Dremel, then I got some grips on the pin & knocked it out.
