Google 3d maps - tech pack

Yet again the sat nav has reverted back to the standard flat maps and I dont seems to be able to get the 3d Google earth ones back. Tried switching satellite maps on and off several times restarting the car etc still cant get them back. Anyone else had this?

No, mine stays on the Google ones. Have you done an MMI reset - hold the power button down for about 12-15 seconds?

Tried the reset still not working. It seems to have google maps sometimes others the standard. Frustrating

Don't you need the car sim connected to the web to have the Google maps? Maybe there is a connection problem? Does your Audi connect work?
