Gt28 turbo losing power

So I've got a gt28 fitted to my car and recently the car has been losing power and you got to take your foot off the throttle pedal and press it down again to get it going again I took it to the garage I thought it was the actuator sticking the mechanic had a look and said it is very hard but reckons that's cause the turbo is bigger does that sound right or sould it move freely

if you had asked about how to fit a sunglass holder you would have got 3 pages on replies , you really need to log your car , a3 section is full of big turbo cars , or over on audizine , the mericans only do big turbos

do you have any way of logging the car , bluetooth and torque app , or cheep ebay cable and vcd light , or if you know what your doing , NEFMOTO logger

No I don't when it went to the garage he plugged it in said everything was fine not under or over boosting
