Haldex Controller Location???

Ive done a search and come up with ****** all!

Where is the haldex controller on an S3, i cant see it anywhere. What side should i look from?
Is it an easy job to remove, i only want to remove it, not fit a new one.

I think it's pretty obvious if you're looking at the Haldex diff from under the car.

it certainly is, it'll be a grey box bolted to the side of the haldex.

how do i get the ****** off?? im struggling like hell! cant see any bolts or anything, found the box that says 'haldex' with the wires coming from it, unclipped the connector on the back of the diff
help!!!!!

2 allen bolts in opposite corners both 4mm? once they are out just jiggle it and the seal will break.

yeh thats what i thought but i cant see or feel any bolts at all

you wont they are sunk right back. you'll need a bright torch even in the day light to see anything at all.

whats the best way to go about it then? just prod around with an allen key until i feel it grip?

just above the connector is one bolt and the bottom right just above the big bump theres the other it quite tight.
soz can't be anymore help.

Did you do yours on the ground? i.e no ramp?
did you need any special tools or just a regular 4mm allen key?
