Looks like it’s an issue with IOS 12 and Podcasts app and isn’t Audi specific...

It seems like IOS 12 has definitely introduced a few issues that seem to be IOS related so hopefully Apple fixes will resolve them as opposed to needing Audi MMI updates etc...
